Guidelines for committee logs

This was from the Stake Presidency; and we would like to implement it in our committees, if that's OK.

"I would like to really encourage all presidencies and committees to work on the principle of return and report, as I like to call it. Sister Beck mentioned that in their Presidency meetings each Relief Society committee, under their stewardship, has a report submitted to their presidency. No, we don't function on the same scale, but I would suggest a short bi-monthly written (so you can refer back to it if necessary) report from your committees. This will help with good communication and organization."

So, starting now, there will be an email coming out every two weeks asking for a bit of a report. We want to hear what you know you are doing well (LOTS OF THINGS) and areas of improvement -and a report of what you have done. Specifically:

Weekday Meetings- we want to know what Weekday meetings have taken place, the spiritual purposes that each have served, the details of what you did and bought (for future planning) and anything else of note. (As well as a doing well/ can do better from above.) Please be detailed enough so someone could replicate the meeting.

Mother's Committee: We want to know what you have done and any ideas that mothers/ other girls in the ward would like to see coming. (As well as a doing well/ can do better from above.) Please be detailed enough so someone could replicate the meeting.

Compassionate Service Committee: We want to know what has gone on in your committee in the past two weeks (including meal reports) and any ideas for future service in the ward. (As well as a doing well/ can do better from above.)

THANKS AHEAD OF TIME- WE KNOW THIS WILL HELP YOU, US, AND OUR PROGENITORS :)

We also love to hear from you about things we can do better to assist you and any questions you have. THANK YOU for your service, you are amazing girls. Thanks.
